TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL

  • Our working days are from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and public holidays.

              Monday- Friday : 9: 00 am - 6: 00 pm

              Saturday              : 9: 00 am - 1: 00 pm

              Rest Hour           : 1: 00 pm- 2: 00 pm

  • ​For sales inquiry, kindly email us customerservices@myhomeone2010.com with your order number.

  • All transactions ( emails and payment verifications) will be attended within 1-2 working days.

  • Please refrain from sending us multiple emails within our 2 working days if you do not receive a reply. This mean your email is pushed further up and it will take us even longer to get back to you.

ORDER

  • You may place your order by completing and submitting the order form in our site. An order number will be given every success order placed.

  • Kindly ensure the accuracy of all order details and the information given upon checkout.

  • Combine order is strictly not allowed. All orders are shipped out according to the order number.

  • My Home One reserves the right to accept or reject any order (s) without prior notice for reasons such as :

                a) Product ordered is no longer available in stock.

                b) Payment is not completed and notified to us within 24 hours upon receiving the order invoice.

                c) We are unable to obtain authorisation of payment and/or if we suspect any fraudulent activity.

BACKORDER 

  • Backorders are sold out item that arranged for re-manufacture and allow you to secure your piece first during manufacturing process.   

  • Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of each backorder item will be stated clearly in each individual backorder item.

  • Do kindly refer to the item link for backorder updates. No emails will be sent for such updates unless otherwise stated.

  • ETA is only an estimated date, the actual stock arrival date might earlier or later due to unforeseen circumstances such as shipment delayed, longer manufacturing time and etc. Request to cancel order in such reason will be rejected.

  • Backorder might be cancelled due to lack of fabric, insufficient stock arrive. Full refund in cash term will be given in such cases.

  • If your order consists of both in-stock & backorder item(s), by default, your order will only be shipped out once all backorder items arrived. For separate shipping (additional charges might incurred – click HERE for more information).

DELIVERY

  • Orders will be shipped out within 1-2 working days (unless otherwise stated / under BACKORDER ) upon payment verification. 

  • Mailing days include weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • All orders are shipped out according to order number, we do not combine orders.

  • For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.

  • All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when your check out .

  • Your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers once we shipped the parcel (proof of postage is supplied).

  • For any lost of parcels, we shall assist in claiming back funds. Once the refund (from postal service providers) is cleared, we will make the refund in the form of credit voucher back to you. (*Remarks: Your parcel delivery are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers).

BOUNCED PARCELS DUE TO NO COLLECTION FROM RECEIVER

  • Customers will be contacted should we receive any return parcel bearing their name.

  • Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. My Home One will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Further details regarding the re-delivery will be provided to the customer.

  • My Home One reserves the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders.

  • Any unclaimed bounced parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited.

DEFECT

We try our best to provide accurate information in our product description for the purchase through Site. However, we do not warrant that product description or other content on the Site are accurate or error free 

  • Product might vary slightly from the pictures due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration and different tech device specifications. 

  • Minor variation in measurement (1-3cm) is not considered as defect.

  • Minor imperfection (small black dots/ small stain/loose thread) which are not obvious and doesn’t affect the whole appearance of item will not considered as defect.

Please contact us at customerservices@myhomeone2010.com if you believe you have received a defective product within 14 working days with your order number and photo of defect part. 

Postage fee incurred will be borne by us with the provided shipping cost receipt if the item acknowledged to be defective. Item returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered ,and with its tags intact. If the replacement piece is no longer available, credit voucher with no expiry date will be issued.

RETURN

  • Return must be done within 14 working days upon receiving your order.

  • Return must be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered)

  • Return can only be done one time per order number, meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.

  • We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet all mentioned conditions.

  • Refund would only be done as store credit voucher, strictly no cash refund is allowed.

  • Store credit voucher can only be used once, not applicable with any other further discount and must be redeemed within 90 days from the date of issued.

  • You are responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent. 

CREDIT VOUCHER 

  • Credit voucher is credit the that you can use towards the purchase of an item from our Site. It comes in the form of a voucher code.

  • Credit voucher issued must be claimed within the given timeframe, otherwise it will be forfeited. 

  • Credit voucher is only valid when the voucher code is keyed in during check out process.

  • The value of each individual credit voucher can only be used within one transaction, any remaining amount will not be refunded.

My Home One reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice given.
